Grassa makes efficient use of green biomass produce from the land which currently has a low value. They extract nutrients from fresh leaves, applying these more efficiently in specific markets. They produce proteins and sugars for human and animal consumption and minerals for vegan fertilisation. The remaining fibers are made more efficient for feeding animals, but also to produce bio gas.
